You are definitely not for your customers. This is a company that only cares about yourself.

I bought these cameras to matter fact, and I had the option for getting a subscription and let somebody else monitor my cameras or I could do it myself. I have no trouble watching my videos on my cell phone. I'm not paying that high expense for somebody else to do it I guess they got tired of people wanting to do it for their selves and I'm not getting money for videos or to watch what's going on at our place That is completely wrong for them to change it after we have already bought cameras. I would never buy their product again going to try the Roku camera.

had these for years and now u have to pay for videos , i would sucscribe 47$ a year but they want that per camera i have 4 of them ,no way im paying that so time to look elsewhere , romu came out with cameras u can actually watch on ur tv think im gonna invest in them bye vico

Changed after having 3 years disappointing

Suddenly not free. Only shows a picture not a video. Have had these for 3 years and had no issues suddenly have to pay now. Very disappointing will have to seek other camera system

The free video surveillance now requires a subscription to see videos. Without a subscription you only get a still shot.
