First of all, I love my bird feeder. However, my camera quit working after having it for 4 months. Unfortunately, I deleted the app and tried to reinstall it. However, I need the bar code on the camera, which is on the camera and my qr reader cannot catch it. Can anyone send me the qr or other ways of installing the camera? I have tried to contact customer service, but have not received a reply.

I was thrilled with this, a gift from my daughter for Christmas last year, but it has already quit working 😒
For the cost, it really should last longer than a few months. The solar no longer charges the bird feeder, the c connection has degraded so it can’t be charged at all by any means very disappointing.

I love mine. My husband got it for me and he couldn’t have done better. I would give it 5 stars, but it does not recognize all birds. For example, red headed woodpeckers visit mine but the camera does not recognize the species.
I love to see the birds close up and in such good detail. I want a couple more in my yard.

I really like this bird feeder. The most important thing was to squirrel proof it. After three unsuccessful attempts with spikes and smaller plastic baffles we finally got the problem solved! We put it on a pole and installed a 24” baffle (metal)- no squirrels since!

It’s great when it works, but it only connects to my iPhone 16 about half the time
